Best lawyer I've ever dealt with for the past 8 years

Jeffrey Hark attorney-at-law's one of the best South Jersey attorneys that I ever dealt with .For the last 8 to 9 years we have used him for our family attorneys in several different cases in each case came out in our favor . I would recommend him to anyone I know. he represented me for a very sig...nificant motor vehicle accident that took place while I was in the course of my appointment. The prior attorney was doing such an awful job I had no confidence in him and my long term well-being. I found Mr. hark after several referrals and working over at his old website. None of the reviews ever existed back then before this Internet age. And he represented me for a very significant motor vehicle accident that took place while I was in the course of my appointment. However, Jeff did such a great job on my personal injury case, the initial Worker's Compensation case, and now finished the Worker's Compensation case a second time with an even more amazing results. He contacted me after we settled the Worker's Compensation case letting me know I had the right to reopen the case and get additional medical treatment. We reopen the case he fought to get me all of the medical treatment I desperately needed, got the doctor changed to a really competent neurosurgeon, and got me fixed as best as possible given my injuries. It's apparent that this guy does not take no for an answer from anybody and fight and fight and fight. Again I would highly recommend him for anybody I come across who was injured in the course of their appointment or in any type of car accident. He really does know what he's doing and will not take any crap from anybody even a difficult client like myself.

just hired Mr Harkin and fired another local guy!

My brother suggested I call mr. Hark after he helped him with a workers compensation case. I sat down with Mr. Hark to discuss a very serious injury I suffered to my hand. After he spent a good deal of time explaining to me all of the issues he also made me feel comfortable enough to discuss another ...case I have pending with another attorney. As a result of our conversation I fired my prior attorney and hired Mr. Hark for this other case that I have had but never heard from the prior attorney. That is a really significant case and I couldn't believe the prior attorney never discuss with me the nature extent of my injury, cause I can medical records, filed suit, or anything else. I learned more from Mr Hark in 30 minutes then I have learned from the prior attorney in over 16 months. Mr. Hark met with me personally. I don't know what's going to happen or how my two cases are going to proceed however I have confidence that I will be taken care of after meeting with Mr. Hark and seeing and hearing what he's done so far in such a short period of time. You should too.

Workers compensation recovery

A friend referred me to Mr. Hark approximately 18 months ago. I was very upset about my work related injury and the disability I was suffering. Mr. Hark put me at ease explain the entire process to me and enabled me to focus on getting better. We are about to put my case through for a substantial s...ettlement. It was a great deal more than I had anticipated. I'm very please with Mr. Hark and would absolutely recommend him to anybody for any personal injury or Worker's Compensation matter. He always kept in touch with me keep me informed and was very easy to get a hold of. I never felt that my case was too big or too small and not important for anybody in his office. His staff was always very accommodating and I always had a good feel of where I was in this legal process.

Personal Injury Claim Review

I am writing this review to let everyone know about the excellent job Mr. Hark did for me. Late one night I was crossing the street and was struck by a vehicle causing significant injury to my leg. Mr. Hark took the time to come to my house soon after I got out of the hospital to meet with me an...d my girlfriend. Yes, I said he makes house calls. From that moment on I knew I was in good hands. He emailed me regularly and communicated with me through his staff almost weekly. He also personally spoke with me and sent me letters asking me about my medical status so he was informed on a regular basis regarding my progress and eventual discharge. I was pretty impressed with his hands on approach and attention to my details and individual circumstances. After we settled with the driver who struck me and attempted to leave the scene, Mr. Hark was able to obtain additional settlement funds from a resident relative policy in my house. I was totally unaware of this possibility and was pleasantly surprised. Not only did Mr. Hark handle this claim and get me the most available money possible, he did so in less than seven or eight months from the date of loss. I have plenty of friends and acquaintances who are always complaining about how long the legal process takes, how unfair the process is and how their lawyer is not doing this or not doing that for them!! I've got to tell you right now, I can't say that about Mr. Hark. He handled my case professionally, quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I always knew what was going on. He always talked to me after my doctors appointments and discharge. He was very effective with the insurance companies and even gave me a hard time when I didn't do what he asked me to do. Essentially he wasn't taking any BS from anybody, including me!!! I hired Mr. Hark after reading the reviews and looking at his website. Initially I was a little skeptical that all the reviews sounded the same. However, after dealing with Mr. Hark firsthand, I realize all the reviews are 100% accurate and honest. I too recommend Mr. Hark 100% and give him five stars for his effort and excellent results he provided me. I am now able to move on with my life. I know if I have any criminal, Worker's Comp. or personal injury issues in the future I will definitely be calling him and recommending him to all of my family and friends.
