best yet in 40 years

Mr. Hark worked so hard for me I cannot believe it. We were just able to get a third offense DUI dismissed on the night of trial. I surely thought I was going to jail for 6 months and losing my license for 10 years. He worked with me every step of the way. I he did whatever payment plan I wanted to... do. He postponed the case forever so we could have our expert come to court. Not one Night Did he Comeleading guilty so he could go home at 10:30 at night. Not one attorney in the last 40 years worked as hard for me as mr. HarK did. I would recommend him to anybody.

Minor with Criminal Charges

Jeff Hark and his entire staff handled representing my daughter in court. She is a minor with criminal charges which required her to have legal counsel. Their office set-up a very easy and painless payment schedule for the fees. Mr. Hark went above and beyond to represent her best interests and fight... her for every step of the way while keeping me (the parent) calm and informed during all steps of the process. I would highly recommend his firm for anyone needing services.

The best lawyer in the world!

I've had several lawyers in my time and none of them compared to Mr.Hark I had been charged with going to two wal-marts and tried to steal a computer in one day. This was because of a new sleep aid called belsomra. I volunteered nights and this was the first time I had taken it. I took 1 at 8am and a...nother one at 10. The next thing I remember I was in jail. Come to find out thos drug makes you do things that you don't remember I didn't remember doing this at all and these side effects were on the internet. It was removed from the market. My doctor wrote a letter but my lawyer didn't use it at all. All he did was got them combined into one change. with a Hugh fine 60 days of community service and 1 year probation. That's not what I wanted two months later I took a can of spray paint and some wax from Home Depot. This would be my third offense and I was facing 90-180 days in jail and a Hugh fine. He returned my calls put me on a reasonable payment plan. The day of court that I had been dreading I couldn't sleep eat two weeks before court. I went into court and he was in w/ the prosecutor he brought me outside and told me it was dismissed. I gave him a big hug and thanked him so much. I'm never gonna steal anything again. If your in trouble call Jeffrey Hark. He is the best around. Sean

Highly recommended criminal law attorney

I hired Mr. Hark two years ago to take care of serious State and Federal Criminal charges for my son. The charges were awful and the prospect for any meaningful success was poor. Mr. Hark handled the matter as best he could for us because no matter how things turned out, everybody was going to lose.... I'm writing this review to address how well Mr. Hark tried to help our son. He always communicated with us regarding any developments, good or bad. Jeff was as sensitive as possible with me and as compassionate as possible with my family. He always gave me the opportunity to talk and communicate with him our concerns and worst fears. His empathy and concern for our well-being, as well as our son's well-being, came across during every phone call and every meeting. Jeff never gave up on my son for us during this excruciatingly difficult two year period. After my son plead guilty in Federal Court, Jeff was still fighting for justice and a modicum of success in State Court; which we were able to secure very recently. I would highly recommend Mr. Hark for any civil or criminal matter. He worked with us regarding payment terms and has helped me and my wife through the worst. I am confident Jeff would be able to help anybody reading this review. We knew we could not win our son's case, but the manner in which we proceeded and the sensitivity with which Mr. Hark helped us made circumstances just a little easier to handle.

Top notch criminal law attorney!

I hired Mr. Hark for a serious criminal matter involving my ex-husband. I had previously used a public defender who was attempting to talk me into a state prison term of jail. Not only would this affect my children and my freedom, but I would also lose my nursing license with a criminal conviction o...n my record. Mr. Hark met with me whenever I needed to discuss the case, communicated with me regularly about the development of my case, made me feel at ease about the case, and ultimately got the entire case dismissed and thrown out of Court. A Judgment of Dismissal was entered on the day we were scheduled to begin Trial! Mr. Hark believed in me, he believed in the facts of my case and he believe that my husband was attempting to use criminal charges as a means to get at me, my children and my job. I am fortunate now to have a lifelong attorney in Mr. Hark. I have the utmost confidence in his abilities and communication skills. He was also willing to enter into a payment plan that worked for my budget. Mr. Hark's staff was always responsive to my needs and made me feel comfortable whenever I called or needed to schedule an appointment. I know I sound like many of the other reviews here on AVVO but they too are the truth and reflect Mr. Hark's flexibility, passion and commitment to helping his clients in times of great personal difficulty. I would highly recommend Mr. Hark to anyone that finds themselves facing legal issues!
