Jeffrey Hark saved me! Highly recommend

Mr. Hark began to work with me about a year ago... I had gotten arrested several times for several drugs charges. I heard about Mr. Hark through a friend! After our first consultation, I was a bit intimidated by Mr.Hark at first but from the jump he was about his business! He told me exactly what to... do in order to help my case and I listened. Also, he accepts payment plans which was very helpful considering most lawyers want all the money up front! I admire his technique...he’s very confident in what he believes in and is very straight to the point! I was facing many charges such as controlled dangerous substances. Mr. Hark listened to my side of the story. I was going through a tough time in my life between experiencing death for the first time in my life, and dealing with mental health issues. Jeffrey was understanding and nonjudgmental. He suggested I seek therapy which I did and it made my case look better. Jeffrey faught long and hard to get my charges dropped to the lowest thing possible, kept me out of jail, and kept me from getting my license suspended. Which is better than nothing! I must say as well Mr. Hark has a way with words and I was surprised with this the way he spoke highly of me in front of the judge and had my back no matter what! Aside from my experience with Mr.Hark alone, his staff was very wonderful,too! His secretaries were very sweet and worked with me when it came to my payments! Overall, I had a pleasant experience with Jeffrey and his staff! I recommend him to anyone facing criminal charges!

The man

I hire this guy a year ago for some crazy drug charges in New Jersey. He went to court for me five times, never gave up, never attempted to plead me to anything, and now a year later got to charge is totally dismissed. I did not give up one minute he always made me aware of when the court date ...was and where to go, and fought and fought. He never told me any money more than the original fee and gave me a great opportunity to pay it over time. This guy is the bomb !! It doesn’t play around his straightforward his direct and took care of my business for me in the best way possible. I absolutely recommend him to anybody who wants an attorney that will fight for them whether it’s a criminal case car accident Worker’s Comp. or any other criminal charges. He really is a straightforward guy who will work with you in your circumstances no matter what.

A lawyer who actually keeps his word !

Contacted Mr. Hark about DWI after speaking to a few other attorneys who told me to plead guilty to what prosecution was offering. He took my case ( on a payment plan no less ! ) and went through it himself then sent it to an expert and I only got a tier one DUI with 90 day suspension. He works hard... for his clients and is honest and upfront with you from minute one. I would highly recommend him. A lawyer who keeps his word is hard to find not to mention support staff that gets back to you literally in a few minutes

Wow. The man to hire. No question !!

I was in a heap of trouble with regards to a car crash, alcohol and injuries involving friends that were in the car. Mr. Hark took his time with the case in such a manner to get all of the criminal charges dismissed and have the DWI dismissed. Yes, I said dismissed! Originally the case was up i...n the Superior Court in Mr. Hark did everything he could to get it sent back to the municipal course successfully. From there he took the time never rushed and make sure to protect my interest 100% he always made time to speak with me he always made time to communicate with me I never felt like I didn’t know was going on and he always took my calls. I never spoke with anybody else and his staff I never felt like I was passed off to anybody else. Whenever I called his cell phone which I always had his number, he always answered or called me back immediately This is the guy you need in your corner to represent you. He was more expensive then others but I’m telling you it was worth it!.remember. He took the payment plan I was able to put together because of my budget I will give him 10 stores if I could I would give him 10 Stars I could !!!
