He delivers —- NO QUESTIONS ASKED

I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did ...I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. He is the man who is on your case and cares. I didn’t actually believe them until I experienced his personal service and his office service as well as his results. Now I found out from myself. It’s your return to. He is the go to guy.

If you want a lawyer who is in your corner

Jeffrey Hark took on my son’s case (he was a passenger in a car hit by a 3-time drunk driver) shortly after when my son’s original lawyer bid him adieu in a form letter – two days shy of the two-year date of first taking on the case. After receiving the “it’s been swell” I forwarded your ...case to the court letter from lawyer #1, we had no idea how to proceed. We were like a deer in headlights, a chicken without a head, an ostrich with its head stuck in a hole --- you get the general gist. We seriously thought we were at the end of the road. Jeffrey Hark has been playing catch up on my son’s case since signing on in 2009. Trust me, when I say this is not an understatement. The case has had so many ups and downs; and missed opportunities that I was sure that when my son said we had to meet this really “hard-assed” (my son’s exact words) lawyer who said he would take on his case; my husband and I were like “okay we’ll meet him” and tried to temper our kid’s regenerated belief that maybe the good guy will prevail after all mentality with some realism and (hard earned) skepticism. Jeffrey Hark took on my son’s case even after my husband basically insulted Mr. Hark’s choice of career during our initial “let’s meet the folks” meeting. He took on this case even after realizing he had a client (who because of serious injuries) came with his very own personal assistant/full-time advocate/part-time muscle/Mom. As a family, we have been dealing with this case and everything it entails since 2007. We had just about given up hope of ever seeing it end. When Jeffrey Hark came on board in 2009, we started believing that maybe just maybe as our son said “the good guy will prevail after all.” If you want someone in your corner who will answer your phone calls, doesn’t mind an email every week or so, has your best interest at heart, points you in the right direction and expects you to get your ass in gear and do what needs to be done to get your case moving then make a call to the law office of Hark & Hark and ask for Jeffrey Hark. P.S.: The office staff at Hark and Hark is courteous and extremely helpful (especially Terri)

The man

This guy is the best lawyer I've dealt with in my 57 short years. He delivered on everything he said he was going to deliver. He got me medical treatment he got me temporary disability benefits and he got me a permanency award that was like a six-run grand slam. My wife found Mr hark after reviewing ...his reviews. She didn't believe all of them as first however after representing us for a year-and-a-half every one of these reviews is 100% accurate. He calls, he texts, he emails, and he stays in touch with us. His secretaries are amazing but when we have questioned he is the one that calls us back and gives us the answers and makes us feel but he is really concerned. He really is all about customer service and making us feel like we are being taken care of the way a lawyer should. I'm not even going to tell you how well we did with the settlement either.

Outstanding and highly recommended

I am a man of few words. Mr. Hark did an amazing job for me. I would recommend him for any civil, criminal, personal injury, workers comp or municipal court matter. He was always on top of my case that with me whenever I wanted to and got an amazing result. His staff was outstanding as well. They alw...ays let me know when and where to appear and what materials I needed to bring at all times. He was never unprepared.
