I would not recommend Tanya. Based on the positive reviews on Avvo, I contacted her. She called me for a free half hour phone consultation. She was extremely rude, apathetic , abrupt ( did not want to listen as it was a free consultation) and came across as greedy ( driven by money) . After my conv...ersation with her, I quickly deleted her from my shortlist . It is essential for an effective attorney have excellent listening skills. My advise to Tanya - listen, do not talk over your potential client.
