I would like to be 100% transparent. Mr. Lederman is a special person to me. My father and I hired Mr. Lederman after a freak accident in June of 2012. Wasn't my first go around with drinking and driving. Just so happened to be one of the best decisions, I've ever made. Mr. Lederman advised me both p...ersonally and professionally, on what to do and how to do it. It was one of the toughest time peroids of my life. I remember going to work (selling radio advertising), having to hit monthly goals while management inquired about my constant court status and knowing that at some point the walls would come crashing down. It was a lot to handle. Mr. Lederman (Jess, Eva) made themselves available to me whenever I needed. After five years (5/11/2017), I called Mr. Lederman and thanked him for making me a better person. In a time of my life where I was fear ridden (before my DWI and self medicating) to make career moves and move to NYC, Mr. Lederman found a way to dig deep and make me whole. I will never forget Mr. Lederman's last words after walking out of court. Mr. Lederman put one hand on my shoulder and said, "Son, I hope you have learned how tough you are through this experience. It's not easy and nor should it be. You made an irresponsible decision and will be accountable for it. That aside, I want you to know that the only thing you lost was time. It's up to you from this point on, to determine where you go from here. You can do anything in this world if you just believe in yourself!" To this day, I'm in the process of starting a 501(c) and own a NYC start-up production business. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for teaching me how to grow both personally and professionally. You were more than just an attorney. You were a miracle man, instrumental figure, attorney, mentor and friend. For that I'm grateful!

Peter as a person is very caring and honest which to me is a great trait to have in a lawyer. He without a doubt treats you as person not just another number as most attorneys do. Peter is the best dui/dwi attorney there is. In the beginning stages he is very informative as to your individual situati...on as all cases are different. After explaining to Peter what had happened he then in return gives you all the scenarios that you could be facing when it comes to the charges. ¬¬Mr Lederman has been great since the beginning. I got a DWI in New Brunswick, NJ. Mr. Lederman told me what my best and worst case scenario form day one. He treated me as if we were related, and his genuine care for the matter is indescribable. During the “discover” phase he gave me new options, ba...sed on what he saw and his experience in the matter. At court, he was able to do even better than his prediction. I blew a .16 in the Breathalyzer (double the legal limit), which should have been 7 months – a year license suspension, interlock device for one year, surcharges of $1000 per year for 3 years, and potential loss of insurance, and I ended up with a reckless driving and 45 day license suspension. My suggestion is if you want someone to tell you as is and fight for you, go with mr lederman, and you wont regret the decision.

I retained Peter as my lawyer for a difficult DUI case and he did an excellent job representing me. Its often difficult to judge how good expert service is when we have little or no experience in the field we are reviewing and this is especially true in the case of Lawyers. How good is the contrac...t they write or how well will they represent me in court? Peter will do an excellent job and his laser focus on DUI / DWI law makes him the right choice if you are facing these charges. During your consultation Peter will go over all of your options and the consequences of those options in an easy to understand manner. For my situation proceeding to trial was the only option that made sense. I was most impressed with Peter when we got to trial. He was clearly an expert in his field as was evidenced by his deep knowledge of DUI / DWI law and the lines of questioning that he took. In our case he was able to poke holes in a number of the State's case against me because of errors by the officer who charged me and this would not have been possible if Peter was unprepared or inexperienced. He took my very difficult case and was able to win it with his approach. I don't know how many lawyers in NJ would have been able to achieve the win but I suspect that very few could.
