I was involved in a harassment/simple assault case, where charges were filed against me as well as the other party. Not only was this upsetting, but I had never been involved in anything like this before. I had a simple assault (criminal) case that was lowered to a non-criminal. The witness wanted to battle it out in trial. Paul appeared virtually by my side for over 7+ appearances over 9 long months. And I will be honest, there were definitely times where I wanted to just go to trial to get it over with.
