Home Closing

From day 1, Louis reached out to our family and started to get the ball rolling. To preface this review, it is understandable that dealing with 1 homeowner is challenging enough, but our home had 3 brothers involved, adding additional obstacles for Louis to overcome. On top of that, all three brothe...rs were located in different states around the country, creating a nightmare of communicative efforts. To that end, Louis provided us with his personal cell number to help alleviate transparency issues that arise in emails when multiple parties become involved with numerous moving parts to this complicated home sale. To wit, our town had errors in the zoning map, which generated a domino effect of complexity with the appraisal, surveyor, title company, and listing agents during the sale. This was extremely difficult to grasp for the homeowners who have lived in this house for decades, let alone someone who has never stepped foot into it. There were a lot of frustrations during this sale, however, in full transparency Louis never gave up on the brothers and persevered through the frustrations while working hard (even after hours) to help us move through the process of closing our home, and for those efforts, he is receiving a 5-star review and a recommendation for others to use his legal services.

Easy no hassle closing!!

I’ve been using Louis for a few years now on closings. He is extremely detailed and responsive. I email and call him often during the process and he always responds in a timely manner. I would recommend Louis and his teams 100 out of 100 times!
