The BEST Choice!

Louis Chapman represented me and the Estate of my recently deceased Mother during the closing process for the sale of her house. Louis was very responsive to my questions via email and phone and provided excellent guidance throughout the closing. Of particular note is that the sale and closing of t...he house happened quickly! Louis was always ready to move things along with efficiency and effectiveness. I found Louis easy to talk to and his kind and professional demeanor engendered an atmosphere of trust from our first meeting. I would be remiss if I did not mention how helpful the office staff was, especially Tina! Because the closing happened quickly, there were many emails and documents that had to be signed by many different people and Louis and Tina made it happen. I will be forever grateful for their help. Real estate in Passaic NJ

We hired Louis to help us buy a new house in Passaic. He was very responsive by text, call, and email, and took the time to answer our questions and address every concern we brought up. When there were bumps along the way - and all the way through last minute hiccups - Louis brought his expertise and... calm demeanor to the table and saw things through.
