GREAT CHOICE

My wife and I were buying a new home and selling our current residence. We researched real estate attorneys, and found Louis Chapman. It was an easy choice and he did not disappoint. We picked Louis based on the number of 5 star reviews (Google: 262 out of 264) and Avvo, (575 out 585, with the rest b...eing 4 stars). He exceeded our expectations and always responded to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He was pleasant and has a terrific sense of humor. The purchase of our new condominium went smoothly. We have not yet closed on the sale of our current home. The buyer had some unreasonable demands and Louis was helpful in addressing and resolving these issues. We would definitely recommend Louis and not hesitate to utilize his services again if the situation arose.

Always on call

Mr. Chapman assisted me with selling my home in Ringwood, NJ. No matter when I called or what time of the day Mr. Chapman was there to answer my calls. Even after the house closed and our transaction was over, months later he was still there to answer my random odd question.
