Knowledgeable and competent

Lou is very knowledgeable and highly competent. Lou helped us close on a property in October 2010. He was very responsive during all phases of the process. We were always kept informed and the communication was effective. We were so satisifed with his service that we used him again in December fo...r our wills. I would definitely use Lou again and would strongly recommend him.

Real estate closing attorney for a property in Wayne, NJ

Lou helped us close on a property in Wayne, NJ in the month of Jan 2011. He was very prompt during all phases of the process: attorney review, preparing for close as well as the closing process itself. There was always effective communication and we were always kept informed during the entire process.... He is very knowledgeable and is always willing to help. I strongly stand by my recommendation and would suggest that you hire Lou as your attorney for your real estate needs.

Non existent service

Recently called Mr. Chapmans office to have our wills done. Spoke only with his secretary. She took all info and said she would e-mail all the necessary paperwork for us to complete. One week later we still had not received e-mail or follow up call. Very unprofessional. Have since gone to a diff...erent lawyer.
