Excellent Experience

Great lawyer. He is really quick and will work at whatever time you need him to. my schedule was very congested and Louis answered the phone at any time I needed him

Home Purchase

Louis provided valuable legal advices toward the purchase of our new house. Throughout the process, he was prompt with his responses and guided us through every step of the process. Louis gave us good legal advices and really watched for our benefits toward the closing of a post possession property.... I recommend Louis Chapman!

Great Service

I worked with Louis on a closing for a new constuction. This was by no means a straightforwarfd case. I think Louis was very accomodative and always available for ny questions or issues that came up. I know that my closing date was fallig very close to his vacation and he was constantly answering ema...ils even on vacation. I think that Loius is a very commited professional that is knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done.

Excellent Service

I worked with Louis on purchasing a house. The process took longer than expected due to the current sellers not haing everything lined up. Louis was able to help me out and get everything squared away. We were even able to get an extra three months of living rent free from the sellers. He always ...responded to my questions in a timely manner and was very professional about everything. I would highly recommend Louis for any real estate transaction that you are considering.

Excellent Service in a traffic violation case

My son was involved in a traffic violation related to driving after hours with a provisional drivers license and careless driving. We went to the court on the scheduled date but were surprised to find our name was not in the list and we had to come to the court on some other day. We were disappoint...ed because I took a day off from work ahd my son skipped classes to go to the court. Mr. Chapman contacted the prosecutor and was able to add my son's name to the list on the same day. He also negotiated with prosecutor to reduce the judgement from license suspension to reduced points and fine. He was helpful through out the process. He also advised my son about the severe consequences of repeating the mistake. . We were happy with his services and highly recommend him.
