Quick Turn Around

Very responsive to initial questions regarding estate planning. Met with Mr. Chapman within a few weeks of requesting. All paperwork was ready for our meeting and I received the final documents within a few days.

Louis Chapman - Dealing with the Purchase of the home [difficult seller]

Mr. Chapman was a breeze to get a hold off and respond, communicate/clear things out. He was reachable almost 24X7 with very quick response to emails [event when sent over the weekend at very late hours]. He consistently kept up in the loop of things/changes and promptly communicated the same by ap...propriate channels. The transaction was completed on-time, with no issues, and the process was very smooth. Mr. Chapman also participates with the Hyatt Legal Insurance Plan which I have purchased at work and his services were fully covered with the plan. There were no hidden charges, fees/etc. I highly recommend Mr. Chapman for your legal needs.

Inspires Confidence and Peace of Mind. Effective. Efficient.

My husband and I were assured we had the right real estate attorney when we met Lou Chapman. We are baby-boomers who wanted a smooth and professional transaction as we sold our home in New Jersey to downsize for retirement. Aware of the emotional cost of leaving our home of 27 years as well as the f...inancial consequences, Mr. Chapman expedited the process, always available, always kind. Is there a rating scale for gratitude? If so, we acknowledge being filled with appreciation for the knowledge, the rapport, and the respect Mr. Chapman extends to his clients. He gets the job done. He makes it happen. He patiently guided us step-by-step through the process to the scheduled closing, meeting our needs as sellers and sensitive to the major life transition behind the legal transaction. House Closing Turned Estate Settlement

Originally contracted with Lou through my Realtor during the closing stages of selling my childhood home. Problem was this was an estate sale where I was the Administrator of the Estate and didn't realize all of the legal hurdles I would run into throughout this process. Lou had no prior knowledge ...of the Estate issues that would cause us to delay the closing by a month, however he quickly brought himself up to speed on the issues at hand and assisted the family in navigating this difficult and confusing process. I sincerely believe that without Lou's help/work, the house sale would not have gone through. Lou is extremely effective, and was always reachable via his cell phone (what lawyer gives you his cell phone) and answered calls on the weekend. Lou was a consummate professional throughout the entire process and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. Just don't bother him until after he's had a chance to help me wrap up the final pieces of dissolving the estate. :-).

Positive & Thankful feedback

Mr. Chapman was very professional and informative He helped me out at the last minute and I am very thankful for his efforts in assisting me with my legal matter. I didn't meet the attorney who were able to spend that kind of time on the phone like Mr. Chapman did with me. And this one is not a new...bie, but someone who has many years in the legal field and explained all the options and possible outcomes.
