Very knowledgeable and patient

I have the Hyatt Legal Plan through my employer and I was looking to get my will updated quickly. Mr. Chapman was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed my will, living will and power of attorney very quickly. He was understanding of my time constraints, and he worked around my busy sch...edule. I would highly recommend him.

Great Service!

I had the pleasure of working with Louis Chapman when I hired him to be my real estate attorney. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about every step of the home buying process. As a firs time home buyer, I needed additional guidance and Mr. Chapman always made himself available via email..., phone and text messages. He was very prompt and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend his services!

Amazing Service

We used Hyatt Legal to find Lou and he did an outstanding job on the closing of our house. Being first time homeowners, we had many questions and Lou always answered our emails and phone calls immediately. We will definitely use Lou again and we highly recommend his services!

I HIGHLY recommend this attorney!

Greetings, I subscribe to the Hyatt Legal Plan through my employer and it came time for me to find an attorney to handle the selling of my townhome. I Googled "Attorney Reviews" and didn't find much in the way of reviews. I did find one review, which happened to be on AVVO. The woman who posted... the review had nothing but great things to say about Louis B. Chapman, and like me, she had the Hyatt Legal Plan. I found her review to be very thorough so I figured I'd call and talk to Mr. Chapman. I left a message with his secretary and a day later he reached out to me. I was impressed to hear that he had just gotten back from an overseas trip that day, yet still had the time to talk to me. Mr. Chapman was very professional, knowledgeable and was understanding of my concerns and issues regarding the selling of my home. He would answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner which was impressive. This is my second time using the Hyatt Legal Plan. The first time was with the purchase of my townhome almost 6 years ago and the attorney I had then caused me nothing but stress and anxiety. (I will not name names but his office was in Florham Park, NJ). I have to say that I wish I had Mr. Chapman as my attorney back then! I was impressed with his performance and I would definitely recommend Louis B. Chapman to anyone! John B.

Good guy -- knows his stuff and gets it done.

Louis came highly recommended by my real estate agent, and I couldn't have been more pleased. In all honesty, this was my first closing and it was seamlessly handled from start to finish without much effort at all on my part. Louis took care of all of the details, start to finish. He was able to resp...ond to every single email and phone call within minutes, answered my questions without hesitation and somehow kept me laughing and smiling along the way. I would return for his services in a heartbeat.
