First Time Home Buyer

I had a great experience on my new home purchase with the help of my lawyer, He responded to all my questions within the same day via email or phone call. He was very knowledgable and took his time to fully explain the process to ensure I understood the process, Thank you for the quick turnaround ...on all my inquiries. I am enjoying my new home.

Louis Chapman Review

Louis was recommended to me by a number of people, and I was not disappointed. I was purchasing a home and needed a steady hand at the tiller. Louis was there with me every step of the way, and his knowledge and advice were amazingly helpful. The process was not an easy one in our case, but Louis was... very helpful. If you need a great attorney to help you with your home purchase (or sale) Louis is your man.

Represented us on the sale of our home in Riverdale NJ

We truly appreciated the representation by Mr Chapman on our recent home sale. We have listed below the reasons for giving Mr. Chapman an overall Excellent rating: - We dealt directly with Mr Chapman. - He asked our expectations and represented us accordingly - 99% of the time he answers his ow...n phone. During those conversations he addressed the subject immediately. This included contacting the Lawyer for the buyer on several occasions. - When our call did go to voice mail he always responded in a very timely manner. - His no nonsense proactive approach allowed the process to move forward quickly - Since we could not be at the closing he represented our interest flawlessly. In summary, from the first time we spoke with him to the conclusion of our business we were in great hands.

Great Experience!

We were referred to Lou by our real estate agent and couldn't have been more pleased. We were on a fast track to close on our property and Lou was right there with us every step of the way. Both my wife and I had a bit of a learning curve with home buying and Lou made us feel secure we were going ...to be covered and taken care of. Just closed today actually and it was smooth and pain free. We would recommend Lou to anyone. Best of luck to all home buyers!!!

Very Satisfied

Mr. Chapman answered all our questions and concerns regarding the sale of our home in New Jersey in a timely and professional manner. Mr. Chapman was very knowledgeable regarding the various aspects of home sales in the state including the removal of underground storage tanks.
