First Time Home Buyer

I found Louis through my corporate legal plan for my new home purchase. Me being a first-time homeowner didn't know much about the process, Louis and his staff helped and guided me through each and every step. He was always accessible and responsive. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in search o...f a good attorney who is willing to guide you through the complicated purchase process. Excellent communication.

I was directed to Louis from my corporate legal plan for my new purchase in Wayne. Being in the industry I’ve dealt with more than my fair share of attorneys. Louis was always accessible, responsive and detail-oriented through the process. I’d gladly recommend him to anyone in search of a good attorn...ey who is willing to guide you through the complicated purchase process. He did also advise me he can help with estate and will planning, might have to take him up on that with another property under us.

Mr. "SharpMan" !!

Mr. Chapman was my attorney at property closing, 12 years ago, and he is incredibly efficient, very organized with a big office, conveniently located off RT 23 North in Wayne, NJ. It’s been a while, but I remember that Mr. Chapman could solve all kinds of blockages and unexpected problems in a minim...al time frame, less than 2 weeks or so, involving the title search, survey, etc, etc; from which any other lawyer would run, and not even consider. I was not acquainted to the process, I had no idea of what I was doing when I agreed to close in such a small window, and everyone should avoid that, but looking back, now I know better and I wonder how could he do that; it is unbelievable. Here is a man, a very “speedy” man, who can get things done. Besides all that, he is very affordable and his rates are extremely competitive. He offers all the quality you can expect for the best rates. To make a very long story short, about 2 months ago, I was very anxious, looking for a lawyer to represent me and I never thought that Mr. Chapman would work with my case. Well, that turned out to be true, but in my search online, I called another lawyer who recommended Mr. Chapman. When I heard the name Chapman, I said: he was my lawyer at closing! So, I called Mr. Chapman and he called Mr. Halkias, who called me, and finally represented me in my case. Here is Mr. Chapman again, working his magic to get things done in a matter of minutes. I can’t express in words how good I feel, for my case was finally dismissed. I highly, highly recommend Mr. Chapman for being an extraordinary professional, lightning fast, a pleasure to talk to, a very honest man and someone you can trust to take the best care of you.
