Investment Banker

Louis Chapman is my go to for any traffic related tickets. For starters Louis is always happy to take my call and answer any of my questions. Besides his communication he was able to deliver on getting my ticket to 0 points and a minimal payment. I appreciate his services and would certainly recommen...d him to anyone I know. It also goes without say he is organized and notifies you with the court dates and the details of the hearing.

Highly recommend Louis for all your real-estate needs!

It was a pleasure to deal with Louis during the sale of my investment property. He always had my best interests in mind to make sure that everything went smoothly. He also followed up whenever I called and was accessible whenever I needed him. His staff in the office was also very nice and always fol...lowed up or called to let you know what was going on. First Time Home Buyers

After many tries at least 5 we finally closed on a house and find combed through all the documents in our favor. We would like to thank Louis and his staff in handling our first time home buying experience with his law firm. He and his staff were very polite and very professional. He even took the ti...me to explain to us page by page about some documents we received from the seller, which by the way it was on his spare time to answer all of my concerns about those documents. He responded on every email and text that we had questions and concerns and we got answers. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed. Louis made himself accessible and told us if I have any other closing related issues pertaining any documents to give him a call. Thank you once again on doing a great job. We recently did a cash out refinance. We had title search issues due to the COVID shutdown, and Louis was able to resolve them in record time. We also had issues due to appraisal, which he helped us navigate as well. We highly recommend his services.
