Quick and helpful

We were in the middle of negotiations to buy a house when our lawyer became unresponsive. I contacted Louis to see if his firm could take over and he immediately went to work. He was quite communicative and thorough.

Greatly Reliable Attorney

We hired Mr. Chapman for the real estate Home Buying transaction. It was a great experience. He was very thorough and responsive at every step of the process. He guided, helped and explained precisely from the contract attorney review till the closing. Overall I would definitely recommend him. I am a...lso going to hire him for selling of my home as well.

Real Estate Closing

I recently used Louis as my attorney for the closing of my condo. The whole process from start to finish was smooth & efficient. He turned all the documents around extremely quickly. And he made recommendations as needed. I am moving out of the state of NJ, and sad that I can't use Louis' services... again. I highly recommend!
