Patient and thorough!
We worked with Mr. Louis for the the sale or our property. Our deal fell through a couple of times due to random issues from the buyers end, but every time Mr. Louis was very patient and thorough with is. Very responsive and friendly
Louis is great, he’s very attentive and responsive. He helped me with my closing as seller. He communicated well with buyer’s attorney as well. The whole transaction was seamless! Definitely would work with Louis again!

Good job
Louis and his office represented me in my house sale and did a good job. I'm thankful for his quick replies and open communication during sensitive deadlines. The best part was that during Covid he was able to do 99% electronically which lowered the risk for me. Good job Louis and team!
