Patient and Client-Oriented

This was my first time hiring a lawyer for my home purchase, and Louis couldn't have made it easier. He was understanding and patient with me, walking me through the whole process while dealing with the other lawyers, realtors, and lenders as needed. Louis (not just the secretary!) was always just a ...phone call, text or email away, and answered all my questions promptly and courteously. His vast experience and expertise definitely came in handy. I would highly recommend him!

Fast and responsive! A+ Experience and plan to use again!

Great experience! I went to Louis for a slightly more complex refinance that also involved removing another person from the original deed and mortgage. I found him as part of my employers Metlife legal plan as a attorney that was local, covered by the plan, and had positive online reviews. He did not... disappoint and lived up to his online reputation. Every step of the way it was great to work with him. He was very responsive by both phone and email taking my calls personally at his office or replying to my emails, often within minutes at even off hours, and making sure to answer any and all of my questions. He was very personable and approachable with every interaction and moved quickly (we closed in just under 30 days). Highly recommend him and I plan on using him moving forward for any legal needs that I may have and that fall in his scope of services.

Great Attorney!

I hired Louis to represent me as a homebuyer and I couldn't have been happier! As a first time homebuyer I wasn't familiar with the process but Louis explained everything to me with patience and was available to answer any question I had. He gets the job done efficiently and professionally and knows ...what to look out for so that his client is well represented. If you think it is a complicated process to purchase a home then you haven't used Louis Chapman's services!

Complicated Condo Sale

We had a very complicated selling process for our Condo in Leonia, NJ and Mr. Chapman made it happen with a lot of ease. The buyer did not have a lawyer and Mr. Chapman had to deal directly with the Title Company and the Buyer's agents. There were some missing documents which was discovered by the b...uyer only two days before closing, which put the sale in jeopardy. Mr. Chapman did his research, looking for the missing document and found it. We ultimately closed in time. Besides this, Mr. Chapman has been very responsive, always available to talk including late nights and even during the Christmas weekend. It is always good to have a good lawyer by your side for a real-estate transaction and we had one. I would recommend Mr. Chapman to anyone who wants a smooth real-estate transaction and I would go back to him if necessary.
