Responsive, Professional and Knowledgeable

We hired Louis to perform our attorney review on our first home purchase. He was always great about responding to any questions we had and followed up with us all the way until our closing. We had an extremely smooth buying process thanks to him!

Highly recommended for closing on a house

We used Louis B. Chapman as our attorney to close on our house. The entire process took less than 2 months. Louis was very knowledgeable and responded to questions of ours very quickly (even after 12am), guiding us in the entire home buying process. He was able to get us a large seller's credit. His ...connections in real estate (with local city officials, the seller's lawyer, etc.) enabled the process to go very smoothly. We highly recommend Louis B. Chapman and would use him again.

I hired Lou as my attorney when I purchased my first condo and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process and even went to bat for me when I needed an extension right before closing. He's been in the business for a long time and yo...u can tell that he's an expert in real estate law. I would highly recommend Lou for anyone looking for a real estate attorney!
