Louis is one of a kind! I highly recommend him!!

Everyone has a bad day, but with mine, it was coming with 7 pts, and a suspension of my license. Let’s just say speeding was involved amongst other violations. So I searched on Google to see which attorney had the best reviews. When I got to Louis all his reviews were 5 stars and plenty of them. How... can I resist. So I cold called him right away, asking for help. He was very professional but most important, very responsive as was his assistant. He kept me at ease right away. Very personable. In the court room, it was pretty evident that Louis knows how to work the room. Within seconds, he had the prosecutor laughing. The judge knew him saying how happy he was to see him. It was like the whole thing was scripted and ended with a happy ending. He not only got them to reduce the charges and keep my license, but I left the court room with no points on my record. Yes 7 to zero in a matter of minutes. You just can’t make this stuff up! He’s the real deal. Can’t thank him enough! If you’re in trouble, Louis is your man!

Highly recommended

My wife and I used Louis Chapman as out real estate attorney. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and most importantly on top of any issues that came up. He was available to speak to whenever I needed and responded to my emails in a timely fashion. I highly recommend using Louis as will I if I ever ...need an attorney in the future.

Louis and Michael are awesome real estate attorneys

This was my 3rd transaction through Louis and as always he is an excellent attorney who has your best interest and will make sure your concerns are addressed. He knows his stuff and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, even for legal issues outside of real estate.

Need to close on your House, Get Louis Chapman, we did it and strongly recomend anyone to benfit from our experience

Louis chapman and his entire team deserve a 5 star review, the maximum possible rating one can get, for how they were able to close on our home after a lot of back and forth based on issues raised in inspections. Be if electric, plumbing, or structural issues. Louis Chapman is the best no question a...bout it. By using Louis Chapman you are guaranteeing you will close on your house no matter how tuff the situation, we are saying this from our experience for closing on our house 3/2019. Any house even the nicest (and we had a beautiful house), will need to go through a very tough inspection process and you will need Louis Chapman on your side to make it to the closing. If you are in the market trying to sell your home, Louis Chapman and his team are simply the best, Louis Champan puts all his knowledge, wisdom, and many professional contacts (which you will need to utilize in order to close) working intensively for you until you reach a successful closing and in record time.
