Home Purchase Closing

We worked with Louis on the closing of our property purchase in Wayne working with a pretty dishonest home builder. Louis helped us navigate tough issues and advised us when things got rough and stuck to his initial estimate.

Real Estate - Buyer

Louis was enjoyable to work with even when the seller was difficult. Louis pays attention to details and knows how to coordinate with all stakeholders (real estate agents, sellers attorney, title agency, etc). When the seller failed to meet expectations agreed upon during inspection period, Louis we...nt through great effort to identify the email and letter correspondence showing our clear expectations and their subsequent agreement. I would recommend Louis to my family and friends.

Real estate

I recently closed on a property purchase in NJ and worked with Louis.He is an accomplished lawyer and guided me through the entire process in layman terms . There is a saying, if don't understand a process you cannot explain it to a layman. Needless to say he is an expert. He is extremely dependable... and I recommend him wholeheartedly. He not only spent the time I required to get an understanding of the process of purchasing a home, he was also very humble & coordinated to answer all my queries and completed the process with great ease. Well worth the money! I am definitely approaching Louis, if I need any legal assistance in the future and I recommend all first time home buyers to work with Louis for a hassle free closure.
