Selling our home

Louis made a very stressful move from NJ to Tennessee very easily. He is straightforward and easily puts out fires. This is our second time using Louis and both times he made us feel confident with the transition. We highly recommend Louis.

Hire him, he is the best! I was under attorney review with another lawyer for several days but I couldn't even get a hold of him. I needed to be out of attorney review the following day but wasted days with another lawyer. I called Louis B. Chapman on a Friday afternoon in a panic that I was going to... lose the house. No other lawyer would have been able to do what Louis did for me during this busy market. He reviewed the contract within 2 hours and communicated to the sellers so I did not lose the house. I closed on my purchase with Louis within 30 days and now he is representing me on the sale of my property. He was easily accessible and very prompt on responding emails and calls. Louis is funny and has a great sense of humor and I really enjoyed working with him.
