I’m an attorney who needed an attorney

Moving violation with 2 points was reduced to zero points and about 1/7th the fine due to his expert handling. I’ve been licensed to practice law in NJ for nearly 17 years. Louis Chapman knows what he’s doing.

Complicated Condo Sale

We had a very complicated selling process for our Condo in Leonia, NJ and Mr. Chapman made it happen with a lot of ease. The buyer did not have a lawyer and Mr. Chapman had to deal directly with the Title Company and the Buyer's agents. There were some missing documents which was discovered by the b...uyer only two days before closing, which put the sale in jeopardy. Mr. Chapman did his research, looking for the missing document and found it. We ultimately closed in time. Besides this, Mr. Chapman has been very responsive, always available to talk including late nights and even during the Christmas weekend. It is always good to have a good lawyer by your side for a real-estate transaction and we had one. I would recommend Mr. Chapman to anyone who wants a smooth real-estate transaction and I would go back to him if necessary.
