I hired Lou as my attorney when I purchased my first condo and I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process and even went to bat for me when I needed an extension right before closing. He's been in the business for a long time and yo...u can tell that he's an expert in real estate law. I would highly recommend Lou for anyone looking for a real estate attorney!

Excellent Attorney

I've been using Lou for all my real estate transactions for the past 5+ years. Likewise, he's usually my go-to person for just about all my legal questions. Even when it's not something he handles, he always steers me in the right direction. Lou has always given me an upfront and honest answer, even ...when I didn't want to hear it. In a world where everyone tells you what you want to hear so they can get the deal done and paid quickly, Lou is one of only a few that will do whats in his clients best interest even when it makes his life harder. Great Traffic Lawyer

I had a pleasure to work with Louis on a traffic ticket which I received while traveling in NJ. It was a two point ticket. On my court date, Louis talked with the prosecutor and reduced my ticket to a no point ticket with lesser fine. It was a great deal. Also, before the court date, Louis and his st...aff maintained consistent communication through emails and phone and assured me that he will be able to reduce the ticket so I don't have to worry about it. Five stars for the great service and would definitely hire again if I get into similar situation.
