Competent Attorney
Mr. Champan was always available for us throughout the whole process of buying our house. He is very professional and easy to work with. Mr. Champan stood up for us when we were dealing with very difficult sellers. You are in excellent hands when using him as your attorney!

First time home buyer
It was a relief to work with Louis and his staff! As a first time home buyer we were quite nervous about missing something and getting taken advantage of. Louis walked us through every detail, crossed every T and dotted every I ! We felt very looked after and taken care of. Thank you Louis!

I found Mr Chapman from my MetLife legal plan and saw all his positive reviews. All the reviews are correct - he is a great attorney. Mr Chapman assisted in selling my primary residence. He did a great job communicating and negotiating the contract in attorney review. He always had my back throughout...
