First time home buyer

Mr. Chapman was a great attorney to have when buying a house. He made sure our best interests were met in the contract as if we were family. He guided us along every step of the process to make sure everything was done on time. Would definitely recommend!

The only RE attorney to use for Passaic

We have used Louis for several of our RE transactions in Passaic, he knows the market cold, would not think of using anyone else.

Highly recommended for closing on a house

We used Louis B. Chapman as our attorney to close on our house. The entire process took less than 2 months. Louis was very knowledgeable and responded to questions of ours very quickly (even after 12am), guiding us in the entire home buying process. He was able to get us a large seller's credit. His ...connections in real estate (with local city officials, the seller's lawyer, etc.) enabled the process to go very smoothly. We highly recommend Louis B. Chapman and would use him again.

Best lawyer ever!

Mr Chapman is such a professional and prompt lawyer. He made the process very easy and worked with us the entire way. We had many road blocks along the way and he always did his best to make sure we were squared away. He was such a pleasure to work with and look forward to working with him in the f...uture.
