My real estate agent, Annakay, recommended Louis Chapman to help with my home purchase in New Jersey — and I’m so glad she did. Louis was super professional, efficient, and easy to work with the whole way through. He kept everything running smoothly between the title company, Annakay, and my loan off...icer, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Traffic moving violation

Mr Chapman represent me on a traffic violation that I committed in Bergenfield NJ, and he got me off with slap on the hand. I commend him for a job well done and I will keep his number on speed dial fir any traffic related issues!!

GREAT CHOICE

My wife and I were buying a new home and selling our current residence. We researched real estate attorneys, and found Louis Chapman. It was an easy choice and he did not disappoint. We picked Louis based on the number of 5 star reviews (Google: 262 out of 264) and Avvo, (575 out 585, with the rest b...eing 4 stars). He exceeded our expectations and always responded to our emails and phone calls in a timely manner. He was pleasant and has a terrific sense of humor. The purchase of our new condominium went smoothly. We have not yet closed on the sale of our current home. The buyer had some unreasonable demands and Louis was helpful in addressing and resolving these issues. We would definitely recommend Louis and not hesitate to utilize his services again if the situation arose.
