Doesn't honor commitment

Mr. Chapman was willing to redo our wills, living wills, and power of attorney under a firm which he is a member. After learning that our will was not a standard basic will, he refused to honor his commitment to Hyatt Legal and myself by refusing to do the work for us. I guess if the will is easy h...e will make some quick money using his paralegal, but anything even mildly longer that basic he turns down and benefits from the advertising that firm provides.

Dear Bob, I am sorry that you feel this way. Even with over 30 years experience, I am not comfortable preparing estate tax planning wills. I am not able to assist you as a result. We go out of our way time and time again to help people with their legal matters including estate planning. I hope I can be of assistance in the future. Non existent service

Recently called Mr. Chapmans office to have our wills done. Spoke only with his secretary. She took all info and said she would e-mail all the necessary paperwork for us to complete. One week later we still had not received e-mail or follow up call. Very unprofessional. Have since gone to a diff...erent lawyer.
