Dedicated Lawyer

Louis Chapman is a dedicated lawyer. He assisted me in closing a refinance I had filed last January 26, 2011. I thought I would never close my refinance, provided that we had a snow storm that night. However, Louis Chapman went out of his way just to get the closing done, even if it required him to g...o through massive traffic and hazardous weather condition, it didn’t stop him from making my closing for a refinance happen. I was so relieved when he came, as it was my last day to close my refi, else I would have to start all over again for a refinance. Thanks Louis for being committed and devoted to your clients. You are highly appreciated.

Excellent Service in a traffic violation case

My son was involved in a traffic violation related to driving after hours with a provisional drivers license and careless driving. We went to the court on the scheduled date but were surprised to find our name was not in the list and we had to come to the court on some other day. We were disappoint...ed because I took a day off from work ahd my son skipped classes to go to the court. Mr. Chapman contacted the prosecutor and was able to add my son's name to the list on the same day. He also negotiated with prosecutor to reduce the judgement from license suspension to reduced points and fine. He was helpful through out the process. He also advised my son about the severe consequences of repeating the mistake. . We were happy with his services and highly recommend him.

Client Review

My daughter received a speeding ticket, her first, so we all were a bit nervous and had no idea how we were going to approach this serious matter. We knew that we needed someone knowledgeable and dedicated to cases like these. It was also imperative that my daughter be able to correspond with an att...orney who she could relate to and feel comfortable with. I called Louis Chapman’s office by way of referral and boy was I ever so glad I did. First, of all I was completely satisfied with how his entire office handled the case. They apprised me of everything including written and verbal communications regarding the case in a timely fashion, everyone in the office from the secretary to the clerks were highly professional and outstanding. I personally am a worrier and just overly concerned about everything, but I will tell you that I felt very comforted and relaxed the entire time they handled the case for us. In addition, the outcome was much to our satisfaction. Attorney Chapman my daughter and I thank you immensely for the committed work and time put into her case.

Review of Louis Benjamin Chapman

While the creation of a Will, Living Will and Power of Attorney may be straightforward, Mr. Chapman and his staff attended to the matter with a level of professionalism and attentiveness I felt would be reserved for more serious legal matters. Communications were prompt and pleasant, all commitments... were kept and my wife and I found the entire experience very positive. Should I ever need the services of an attorney in the future, I will not hesitate to call Mr. Chapman.
