A lawyer I recommend

When purchasing a home we sought a lawyer who was competent, responsible as well as personable to guide us through the closing process. Mr. Chapman proved to be not only knowledgeable, but very responsive as well. He is a lawyer I would recommend.

Honest, professional, caring

Mr. Louis Chapman and I have had the opportunity to work together as I provided home repair and remodeling services over a several year period. He has always been warm and approachable, fair and patient. He has a high level of integrity and whenever I have sent him a bill he has never questioned it... and always pays right away. He operates with a high level of character, integrity and leadership, always mindful of his actions and leading by example. You can tell he has a high regard and respect for people of all walks of life, and treats people with the highest social standing to cleaning help and the paper boy with equal consideration, dignity and grace. He is a very humble person, and while is honest and forthright about his expertise and professional qualifications, he never boasts about his high level of service to his community and generous charitable actions. In fact, we worked together for some time before I casually saw his name attached to many very worthy causes and charitable pursuits. In the several years we worked together, I only have seen the highest level of professionalism. Having a unique perspective of working within people's homes, at times, you see their darker, hidden side. I can honestly say that there is no darker, hidden side to Mr. Louis Chapman or of his family; there is only uprightness, kindness and genuine behavior. Full transparency is in all his interactions. With such noble character, it is with great pride that a many-year working relationship has resulted in friendship. I suspect that many of his working relationships result similarly, as he makes as good a friend as he does a client or professional service provider. If you have the opportunity to work with Mr. Louis B. Chapman - don't approach the relationship with your guard up, for their is no obtuse part of him. Mr. Chapman is forthright, professional, kind and honest in his every interaction. I highly recommend him equaly as a friend, client or service provider as in all relationships there is a give and take - Mr. Louis Chapman will always come out the net giver. In all that he does, he serves.

House Closing

Mr. Chapman represented us in the sale of our home in New Jersey. We found him to be courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. He kept us well informed of the process and was very easy to access. The closing was done on time, without any problems. We would not hesitate to use him again if the nee...d should arise.

Tenant-Lanlord Case

Mr. Chapman was quite knowledgeable regarding tenant-landlord issues. He gave us good advice and kept us calm in a very distressing situation. He walked us through the process, was a good negotiator with the mediator and I would recommend him highly and use him again should I need legal services.

Traffic Court

Very upfront with our chances in court, and did not make promises he could not keep when fighting two traffic violations. Louis is very direct, but easy to talk to.
