Couldn't be happier

Dealing with the offices of Louis B. Chapman was a pleasure. They were understanding of all my needs and worked step by step with me all throughout the process. Mr. Chapman even came in on a Sunday to help accomodate my schedule. It was a seemless and effortless process, couldn't be happier.

Great Service

I worked with Louis on a closing for a new constuction. This was by no means a straightforwarfd case. I think Louis was very accomodative and always available for ny questions or issues that came up. I know that my closing date was fallig very close to his vacation and he was constantly answering ema...ils even on vacation. I think that Loius is a very commited professional that is knowledgeable and knows how to get the job done.

Excellent Service

I worked with Louis on purchasing a house. The process took longer than expected due to the current sellers not haing everything lined up. Louis was able to help me out and get everything squared away. We were even able to get an extra three months of living rent free from the sellers. He always ...responded to my questions in a timely manner and was very professional about everything. I would highly recommend Louis for any real estate transaction that you are considering.

Excellent in-depth representation

I engaged Mr. Chapman to represent me for building code violations relating to a old house I own. Mr. Chapman worked hard to get us the time to satisfy the township. He also provided excellent advice on the long term solutions and had real estate and trade resources to help me resolve this case.

Traffic Issues

I used the services for Mr. Chapman when I ran into some very old (like over 10 years ago) parking tickets. He and his staff were courteous, prompt and very helpful. He managed to get my issues resolved quickly and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend him for any of your needs.
