Very Good Experience on two occasions

I clearly was in need of an attorney due to the amount of violations I had accumulated. I reached out to Mr Chapman for the first time approximately six months back who then was able to have many of my violations downgraded and or dismissed. Approximately one month ago, I faced one additional matte...r which he was able to quickly resolve. Mr. Chapman was consistantly professional and kept me updated/informed every step of the way. I strongly recommend his services.

Outstanding Job – Refinance

Louis was our attorney during our recent refinance. He was professional and meticulous. He followed through and met all deadlines. He also organized and kept track on an enormous amount of paperwork that at times seemed overwhelming. I would highly recommend using Louis and plan to use him for our fu...ture legal work.

Fantastic Experience!

Mr. Chapman and his assistant Tina provided a seamless process in writing up wills, power of attorneys and health proxies for me and my wife. We experienced timely follow up and they were responsive to all of our communications. Mr. Chapman even came to our home which was more convenient for us tha...n going to his office. We have already started to refer him to our friends and would use him again. Thank you!

Home Purchase

Louis provided valuable legal advices toward the purchase of our new house. Throughout the process, he was prompt with his responses and guided us through every step of the process. Louis gave us good legal advices and really watched for our benefits toward the closing of a post possession property.... I recommend Louis Chapman!
