Home Purchase

Louis helped me in closing a home purchase. He is very knowledgeable and helpful in all matters. He will always give you honest recommendations that best protects you. He is patient to listen to you then provide his advice. Just want to note that he is responsive even late at night (when I had em...ailed him with my concerns). We had some minor issue with mortgage expiration, but Louis was so helpful and we were able to close within 3 days with very little notice. We are happy with his service and would recommend. There was a contingency on our home closing, and Louis is still handling that for us after we have closed. He is very responsible and helpful; We are confident that Louis will guide us through it and promised to work with us until it is resolved.

Hired Louis 3 times!

Mr. Chapman assisted us with multiple real estate transactions. He performed exceptionally each time. He was very attentive, quickly responded to emails and voicemails, and went above and beyond to complete the work on time. I would definitely recommend him to other clients and hire him again in the ...future.

Speeding Ticket

Mr. Chapman was able to get my speeding ticket of 5 points down to no points at all. I greatly appreciated his services because without him I would have gotten my lisence suspended. I highly recommend him for sure!

Inspires Confidence and Peace of Mind. Effective. Efficient.

My husband and I were assured we had the right real estate attorney when we met Lou Chapman. We are baby-boomers who wanted a smooth and professional transaction as we sold our home in New Jersey to downsize for retirement. Aware of the emotional cost of leaving our home of 27 years as well as the f...inancial consequences, Mr. Chapman expedited the process, always available, always kind. Is there a rating scale for gratitude? If so, we acknowledge being filled with appreciation for the knowledge, the rapport, and the respect Mr. Chapman extends to his clients. He gets the job done. House Closing Turned Estate Settlement

Originally contracted with Lou through my Realtor during the closing stages of selling my childhood home. Problem was this was an estate sale where I was the Administrator of the Estate and didn't realize all of the legal hurdles I would run into throughout this process. Lou had no prior knowledge ...of the Estate issues that would cause us to delay the closing by a month, however he quickly brought himself up to speed on the issues at hand and assisted the family in navigating this difficult and confusing process. I sincerely believe that without Lou's help/work, the house sale would not have gone through. Lou is extremely effective, and was always reachable via his cell phone (what lawyer gives you his cell phone) and answered calls on the weekend. Lou was a consummate professional throughout the entire process and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. Just don't bother him until after he's had a chance to help me wrap up the final pieces of dissolving the estate. :-).
