Excellent Attorney

Louis was incredibly helpful in getting me back money from real estate taxes that were misapplied after a mortgage closing this case was complicated by the fact that there were jurisdictional questions, tax or other civil court, and the fact that that there was a city involved. Louis traversed the ...many issues, making several court appearances and was successful in getting the money that was misapplied back to me.

Excellent Real Estate Attorney

Mr. Chapman was an attorney for my real estate transaction. We just had a closing 2 weeks ago and I can truly recommend him if you are looking for a reliable attorney. He is very professional, oriented to details, punctual and reliable. What I liked the most is that when I had any questions or concer...ns during this transactions, I called or emailed Mr. Chapman and within 30 min I had the answer. Even on Sundays, Mr. Chapman was always available and kept communication open by informing us of what is going on. That is the most important factor for the lawyer - trust and punctuality. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Personable and Competent

Mr. Chapman helped me buy a property recently. I have worked with many lawyers in the past, and Mr. Chapman really showed himself to be competent and personable. He understood my busy schedule and kept me updated on all proceedings with quick, up-to-date emails. Furthermore, right as we were going... to close the deal, we realized some things had been stolen from the property. Mr. Chapman helped to renegotiate with the sellers so that the theft would not hurt us. I would definitely recommend Mr. Chapman.

All was alomost lost until I met Lou

During the course of selling my house and dissolving my contract with a notoriously predatory lender (PHH Mortgage), Lou went to bat for me. Even when I thought that the whole deal was going to crash and burn, he was able to defend my interests in front of a judge at the last minute and even reduced ...my pay out amount. I was able to walk away with more money in my pocket and to never look back on those scam artists. Thank you Mr. Chapman for giving me my freedom to move on. Sincerely, Julia

Great service, very accomodating and courteous

We were referred to Mr. Chapman thru Hyatt Legal Plans. We received the appointment very quickly. The assistance staff was very responsive. Mr. Chapman met us on Sunday which was very nice of him and answered all our questions and spent sufficient time to explain the documents. We were very pleased w...ith the whole experience and will definitely recommend Mr. Chapman service to our friends and co-workers.
