Excellent Real Estate Attorney Who Stood With Us Through Thick and Thin

My wife and I had great difficulty selling our home in a down market. Louis Chapman was an excellent attorney during this challenging time. Through thick and thin, Louis was always focused in securing the best interest of his clients – ourselves. When an outright sale fell through, Louis was able ...to secure immediate compensation from the intended buyers. Shortly thereafter, Louis secured for us a professional and aggressive short sale facilitator who helped secure an eventual sale expeditiously. This without any additional costs to ourselves and we were able to close very quickly through utilizing an excellent real estate agent – Louis had additionally recommended.

Good guy -- knows his stuff and gets it done.

Louis came highly recommended by my real estate agent, and I couldn't have been more pleased. In all honesty, this was my first closing and it was seamlessly handled from start to finish without much effort at all on my part. Louis took care of all of the details, start to finish. He was able to resp...ond to every single email and phone call within minutes, answered my questions without hesitation and somehow kept me laughing and smiling along the way. I would return for his services in a heartbeat.

Quick Turn Around

Very responsive to initial questions regarding estate planning. Met with Mr. Chapman within a few weeks of requesting. All paperwork was ready for our meeting and I received the final documents within a few days.

great lawyer

Lous is a great lawyer, and I higly recommend him. He helped my husband and I with the close of a real estate property and I coudnt be happier with his service. He is very responsive, and helped us throught the whole process, and he is till helping us althought we already closed on the house.in other... words he is great, you won't be dissapointed

Louis Chapman - Dealing with the Purchase of the home [difficult seller]

Mr. Chapman was a breeze to get a hold off and respond, communicate/clear things out. He was reachable almost 24X7 with very quick response to emails [event when sent over the weekend at very late hours]. He consistently kept up in the loop of things/changes and promptly communicated the same by ap...propriate channels. The transaction was completed on-time, with no issues, and the process was very smooth. Mr. Chapman also participates with the Hyatt Legal Insurance Plan which I have purchased at work and his services were fully covered with the plan. There were no hidden charges, fees/etc. I highly recommend Mr. Chapman for your legal needs.
