Closing

Anyone who has had to get a mortgage and close on a property recently knows how onerous it can be. Louis was knowledgeable ,helpful and responsive through out the process. Louis has also provided other legal services in the past for my children. I highly recommend Louis B Chapman

Highly Recommended Lawyer

Louis was our lawyer for a closing on a home that I owned. It ended up being a very long and drawn out process. Louis stood by us the whole time and guided us until the end. He was very dedicated. He came in on the holidays for the closing to occur. I would highly recommend him.

Lawyer Handles One Trying Closing

After a year and a half of earching we finally found the houe that met most of our must haves. We made an offer which was accepted and hired Louis Chapman to represent us. Louis was knowledgeable, attentive, and informative. Just what new home buyers need. Just when we were about to close we ran ...into a problem with the mortgage company. Our closing was delayed. Louis walked us through what was happening and what are options were to resolve the issue. From this we were able to make an informed decisions and in the end we are moving into our new home.

My wife and I used Louis Chapman to manage our home purchase and mortgage process. He was very helpful, friendly, and very attentive. He made the whole process VERY easy for us, especially in the face of a mountain of paperwork.
