Wonderful!

Great attorney

Louis helped us close on our home in New Jersey. We found Louis through our company plan. We were in a rush because or NY attorney could not practice in NJ. I left a message early in the morning and within 24 hours, he had everything moving like clockwork. He was great with the seller because the...y were representing themselves and were not versed in selling real estate. He kept everything moving which was important because our bid for the house was based on closing quickly. He kept us informed, and was great to have in our corner.

Great job on challenging closing

I worked with Louis to close the purchase my first home in New Jersey. The transaction was particularly challenging because it was a Bank owned property and they wanted to close as soon as possible. My mortgage company was extremely slow in processing my mortgage, partly due to the fact that I am not... a US native. Louis helped me work with the bank and get them to accept the changes in the timeline that we needed without any penalties. The actual closing appointment was very smooth and Louis was well prepared with all the documents, and the numbers were correct. I heard horror stories from friends who stayed for hours at the closing attorney's office due to mistakes found in the documents on the day of. I was so happy to have gone in there and 1h later come out with the keys to my new house. I would definitely recommend his services.
