Excellent House Closing (Seller)

I was looking for a lawyer to help me with a real estate closing for a sale of my house. I found Mr. Chapman via a legal plan which is offered by my company. My initial conversation with Mr. Chapman was to discuss the covered services. He assured me that the sale of my primary residence was a servi...ce covered by my plan and that was the last conversation needed about costs. Louis is very responsive via phone, text or email. And I also can attest to the fact that Louis will respond back to you on a weekend (even on a Sunday). In reading the sales contracts, Louis adjusted the terms to protect me, especially when I missed the specifics myself. The closing went smoothly and I will use Louis on future legal transactions.

i highly recomend this attorney

Louis Chapman represented me when I was buying my house last year. My process started in July, 2016 and I closed on Dec, 2016. During the 5 months process, I was very much impressed by the way Louis Chapman handled the other party (seller) constantly re-assuring the seller and his attorney that we we...re very much committed to the deal and we were determined to close it ASAP. Secondly, I was impressed by the way Louis Chapman and his team handled all the paper work from the beginning all the way to closing. Everything went through very smoothly. Highly Recommend

Mr. Chapman represented us with the sale of our home in March, 2016. We found him to be honest, straightforward and to the point. He ALWAYS returned phone calls promptly and courteously. Great representation for speeding in NJ

Louis got my 5 point ticket for 39 mph over the limit reduced significantly. He got there early, spoke to the prosecutor on my behalf, and we were in and out of the court room in less than 15 mins. I was back to work within the hour. Great!
