A true professional with a top tier team.

Louis represented us both in the sale of our Bergen county home and the purchase of a home in Monmouth county. We dealt with some fairly demanding buyers on the sell side. Louis and his team of Michael and Tina were available for us at every turn. He even made himself available to us late a few ev...enings to ease our concerns. The buy side seemed fairly smooth until a few days after the close. We received a claim on escrow from the seller's attorney. Louis spent the time to resolve it even after he had received payment for our closing. I would recommend Louis to anyone who asked.

PURCHASED A HOME

Louis Chapman is the best. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I purchased my first house and he was my lawyer. Tina and Michael was also very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Stand-Up Lawyer

My wife and I had the wonderful pleasure of being represented by Mr. Chapman for a traffic violation in the Municipality of Teaneck. My wife had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Chapman first and he made quite the impression on her and I am sure it was vice versa. After two failed attempts at trying to fi...ght a wrongfully issued ticket, we knew we had to see legal representation...queue Mr. Louis Chapman. He knew exactly how to handle our case and knew how we wanted to proceed (NOT GUILTY). He set our minds at ease and was able to have us feel comfortable with how to approach dealing with the prosecutor. Even though at one point the odds looked like they were against us and we knew we were innocent, Mr. Chapman knew to hold ground to our innocence. Mr.Chapman successfully assisted us in obtaining a not guilty win. We are truly thankful we were able to meet and have Mr. Louis Chapman as our Legal Representative. In fact we are using him once again for another estate matter as we are so happy with his legal expertise. Besides, he is one funny guy and its nice to meet a lawyer with a sense of humor! Great Guy!

Pleasant Experience

We recently had the pleasure of working with Louis Chapman and his assistant, Tina Edie, to help us set up our Wills, Power of Attorney and Living Wills. We were extremely pleased with both of them. They were very professional, helpful and prompt in setting these up for us and getting them executed... in a timely manner. I would recommend and would return to them for any legal issues that might arise in the future.

Bought a home - real estate lawyer

I obtained Mr. Chapman as legal council for a difficult close with a property that was owned by the bank. He was knowledgable, attentive and responsive. After the close the other party tried and failed to charge me for fees they overlooked. Louis was a bull dog and shut them down immediately. The...y later apologized to us. I highly recommend.
