Real estate closing

Can't say enough about the job Louis did for me during my real estate closing. Not only was he able to negotiate a large sellers credit for me, he was always available to speak to me personally when I needed throughout the entire process. You're in good hands

No matter what I say about Lou, it won't be enough!! I won't say he's the best lawyer in New Jersey because this is a fact that everyone who used his expertise is already aware of. But I'd say he's someone who truly has your back no matter what, and will never treat you with disrespect or ignorance. ... I needed Lou's help with closing on my first home which was quite complicated and frustrating. I was worried he might take advantage of this situation or my young age and charge me extra, but he did NOT. Until the end, he remained calm, patient and was always there to answer my many questions and reassure me that I'm in good hands. The sale was loaded with unpleasant surprises and I was panicking a lot but he comforted me and got me the house I wanted with the least damages possible. Thank you Lou for having my back and making time for me even on your weekends. I'm truly grateful for everything you've done for me.

Lou is a Pro's Pro

Mr. Chapman was skilled and savvy throughout the process of my first home purchase. He fought hard for me during the inspections process and was able to procure thousands of dollars in sellers concessions on my behalf. He was good natured, made himself available to me for guidance throughout the proc...ess, and even extended his network to me in order to make the inspections and mortgage process easier to navigate. I would not hesitate to work with Mr. Chapman again in the future.
