Getting mixed up in the law, especially when it's your first time, can be very hard on anyone. There's so much pressure, anxiety, and fear. I'm so glad that Rachel Kugel and her team were there for me every step of the way. Their professionalism, their legal know-how and their general warmth and re...gard for me was an immense comfort. You just can't put a price on "peace-of-mind." From the second they took my case, I felt safer. Someone was defending me, someone was guiding me, and someone had my best interests at heart. They listened to me and never forced me to make a decision I wouldn't be happy with. Because having no criminal record was so important to me, it was important them. I happened to get lucky and find Rachel on a random search i did online a few years ago when I was having some legal issues. Rachel was by my side from the first hearing right through trial where she was able to get a not guilty verdict. She has since represented my husband in a criminal case and got... his sentence from 3 years in prison to 6 months probation. Rachel is currently working on a custody case with us. We paid a flat fee for each case and unlike most lawyers she fought hard through as many court dates as she needed to to get the results we got (she never even suggested we plea to something to get the case over with)She has always fought to the end for what she believes is the right thing. Rachel Kugel is now the one and only Lawyer I use or recomeend. It's rare to find a Lawyer that truely cares and with her we found that. I don't normally do online reviews unless I feel strongly about the cause. From someone who has had Rachel in her corner for multiple cases she is worth every penny and more. Her staff is also very helpful with setting up payments, getting court clerks to respond, getting information and above all getting results!
