Honestly, considering what I was originally looking at for my DUI charge, I am fine with my sentencing and I have to thank Rachel so much for it (along with Linda, who answered so many of my questions and will do more in the future)! I thought Rachel was nice, pragmatic, and intelligent. In additi...on, she kept it real with me and I actually felt like she cared because she knew I was legit bummed out about this ordeal. She gave me some encouraging words when I expressed such guilt over it and spoke out on my behalf to the prosecutor, the arresting officer, and the judge. Did she get me a dismissal? No, but the facts were there - I missed up, and big time. But what she did do, was get me a reduced sentence which was still HUGE for me. She did it with her charm/magic, as well as her intellect. Plus, I overheard another officer telling her after the court appearance that the prosecutor really liked her. That made me smile and say, 'damn, good thing I chose her to help my butt out!' Overall, she comes highly recommended. She is my favorite person I hope I never see again! haha.

over a year ago Rachel was able to get my dui in newark nj dismissed so when I found myself in the same predicament in passaic nj; I trusted her with my new case. Getting charged with a DUI/DWI is never a good situation. Throughout the entire process both Rachel and her assistant Linda were stellar in handling the matter.
