Chris sat down with me and went over the case step by step. He was personable and professional. Everything I needed to do was spelled out clearly, and any coordination that needed to be done was expertly handled by Chris's staff. Any questions that I had were answered quickly, usually by Chris him...self. When my employer became uncooperative, Chris was on top of the situation for me, and protected my rights. Because of the complexity of my case, the legal proceedings dragged on. My only concern is that I wish I had received more feedback from Chris during that time.
