Please deal was best option

I was facing my third DUI offense and could have faced a 10 year loss of license. Marc was able to successfully argue, by way of a motion for post-conviction relief that one of my prior convictions should not be considered as I was not represented by counsel. So, with the plea deal I lost my licens...e for only 7 months.

Helpful Attorney!
