I met Mark in 2012 after being charged with a misdemeanor assault that resulted from a bar fight. Even though I was provoked and did not initiate the physical contact I was still charged with a crime because the other party involved called the authorities and had a cut in her face. Year after the fight, I was sued by the other party and it was very evident she was after money.
