I was arrested for disorderly conduct in Darien for a very minor altercation with my husband and Mark got it dropped. I had dialed 911 and hung up- never meaning to actually call the police. Unfortunately, the call went through and the police called back. They interrogated my husband and myself in s...eparate rooms and issued us both disorderly conduct summons. It was late at night and I had to be in court the next morning. I called Mark's office at 7:30 am and was connected to him immediately. He reassured me that it would be taken care of and his team walked me through the long process at the courthouse. It was great having them there. I would not have wanted to try to navigate the courts alone. The charges were dropped by the prosecutor 6 weeks later. Mark and his team are very professional and experienced. I was charged with Evasion of Responsibility after sliding into a snowbank on an icy road. I won't go into the details but there was neither property damage nor damage to my car so I drove away.
