I was playing with my dogs in the front yard and a dog walker with her dog was on the apron of my property, as there are no sidewalks on my street. Her dog started barking at my dogs and she claimed that one of my dogs bit her dog. The woman and dog seemed fine and I offered to drive her home, but ...she said they were okay. That evening I received a call from the dog owner that her dog was in the hospital. The next morning, to my surprise, animal control knocked on my door to remove my dog from the premises and present me with a summons. I was able to demonstrate that the dog was not a threat to anyone and agreed to quarantine him for 14 days.
