Workers Comp

My husband needed help. He was badly hurt at work and we knew we needed an attorney. We sat down with Ken and immediately knew he was the right guy. He is personable, funny and very knowledgeable. This case went to court alot over the course of 10 years. I am happy to say that we always came out w...inners, thanks to Ken. Superior to the rest!

Ive been a client of Mr Schreiber for a couple of years now, he has always been very responsive at nearly all hours of the day and night, its a wonder if the guy sleeps! Hes not just an attorney but a human being with compassion who looks at you like a person versus a paycheck. Best Attorney in Rhode Island.

Excellent

Mr Schreiber took on our case after other attorneys could not help. We were interested in protecting our granddaughter, who was already in our care. The state of Rhode Island is not one who makes it easy as they would rather see a child caught up in the "system" than in a healthy environment. Mr Schr...eiber fought hard for our granddaughter. He took chances and guided us through the unnecessary, complicated, and frustrating process. RI is not a "best interest of the child" state. It is a "best interest of the parent, regardless of the predictable outcome for the child" state. Without the dedication Mr Schreiber brought, we positively would not be caring for this child.
